Eligibility Criteria:

For Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG:

    Age Requirement:
  • For admission into Pre-KG, the child should be at least 2 years old by the 31st of March of the academic year. For LKG, the child should be at least 3 years old, and for UKG, 4 years old.
    • Documents Required:
  • Birth certificate and passport-sized photographs.

For 1st to 5th Standard:

    Age Requirement:
  • The child should meet the age criteria as per their respective grade (for example, 5 years for 1st Standard).
    • Previous Schooling:
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is required for students applying for admission to 1st Standard and above.
    • Academic Assessment:
  • The student may be required to pass a simple entrance test assessing knowledge in basic subjects like Tamil, English, and Maths.

For 6th to 8th Standard:

    Previous Schooling:
  • The student must have successfully completed the previous grade at a recognized school. A Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution is mandatory.
    • Entrance Test:
  • The student may need to take an entrance test in key subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science to assess suitability for the academic rigor of the respective grade.

For 9th and 10th Standard:

    Academic Performance:
  • The student should have successfully completed 8th or 9th Standard in a recognized school. A Transfer Certificate and progress report card from the previous school are required.
    • Entrance Test/Interview:
  • Admission to these grades may involve a more rigorous selection process, including an entrance exam focusing on core subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science.
    • Board Eligibility:
  • For students joining the 10th Standard, they must have been registered with the appropriate education board for the 10th-grade board exams (if applicable).

General Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Students must have basic proficiency in the medium of instruction, which is English. This is particularly important for admission to higher grades.
